Tanah Merah MRT Station
Thanks to its location on a major road, this station is well-placed to give users access to bus routes and taxis for their onward journey. As with most MRT stations, bike racks are also in place for those who would rather use a little pedal power. Other station facilities near Grandeur Park Residences include ATMs and a 7-Eleven.
Originally opened in November 1989, the station has previously been known as Bedok and Changi. It has seen various improvements and upgrades over the years, such as high-volume, low-speed fans, while a fatal incident in 2010 prompted the addition of half-height screen doors to separate the platforms from the tracks.
